Malik Kingston serves as Managing Partner of Kingston & Schooler Legal Group, publicly known as K&S Legal Group, with Corporate Law as his principal practice focus and additional work in Civil Litigation and Real Estate Law. He advises clients on business matters, contracts, organizational risk, commercial disputes, and property-related issues, approaching each engagement with disciplined analysis and a clear understanding of the client’s objectives.
Kingston’s professional background includes substantial experience with judicial decision-making, courtroom procedure, case administration, legal interpretation, and the evaluation of complex factual records. This perspective informs his measured approach to negotiation, dispute resolution, and strategic advocacy. Before entering the legal profession, he served as a Senior Paramedic with the San Andreas Health Network, where high-pressure circumstances demanded composure, attention to detail, and decisive communication.
